What is UCNP service fee for organising me a car?

UCNP charges 250usd for car viewing and detailed inspection, to get shipment, transport and documents arranged Concorde service fee is 1000usd.

How do I send money to purchase the car?

We strongly recommend that all purchases are made via company Bank account and if feasible cash could be another alternate.

Can I negotiate with the car seller myself?

Yes! You can. UCNP gives the buyer full transparency over price haggling and will also advise the best way to close the deal.

Can I send a list of cars I want to view and pick the one which suits me right?

Yes you can send us a list of your choice. We will be helping you narrow the list down to the car of your choice.

During Car viewing can I have a live update?

Yes! This is part of our process that once the interest is initiated and view fees has been paid, the client is updated in real time (via WhatsApp).

Can USED CAR & PARTS WORLD check damage history of the car?

Yes! We can. We can check the damage history of the car from the VIN number via government portal and will share the full report to you.

How easy is it to trace service history of the car?

This is part of the viewing process, Concorde tracks the service history at the dealers and the private workshops where the car was regularly serviced by the previous owner.

Will the car be on my name after purchase?

Yes, the car will be under the buyer’s name. We would require the owner’s passport page for their name to be on the document.

I have another car to purchase can we store to car in a safe spot till I get the second and third car?

We have covered storage that we rent out 200 usd per car (minimum 1 month).

Do you recommend Workshop services? Whilst my car is in storage or waiting to buy another car.

Yes we can recommend the finest repair shops for detailing, repairs, upholstery, mechanical repairs and get them to quote you for their repairs of the findings. Note ** the car repair shop is fully responsible for any maintenance and repairs.

What is the procedure for shipping?

Choice of destination, a passport page and shipping fee.

Can we transfer the wholesome amount or pay as you go?

It is solely up to the buyer to wire the complete amount which includes (car fee+ transfer fee + concord fee + shipping fee) or pay as you go which probably causes a lot of delays in funds transfers.

Can you recommend an agent to clear from my country?

Yes, We will be recommending an agent but also advise you to clear the car from custom for it to workout cheaper.
